What are your operating hours?
We operate tours daily from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Our office is open Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially during peak season (November to April). However, we can often accommodate last-minute bookings.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour start time. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes! Groups of 6 or more receive a 10% discount, and groups of 10+ receive a 15% discount.
